TARANTINO'S WWII FILM TO START SHOOTING IN OCTOBER
Rumour has it Tarintino's new film, Inglorious Bastards, being co-financed by The Weinstein company will begin shooting in October.
A tale about a gang of soldiers behind enemy lines in World War II, this should certainly be different to his previous films. I'm guessing, like 300, it'll be history with a modern twist, possibly action scenes set to rock, fast cuts etc. Maybe Quentin could actually pull it off too. I can picture the scene now as they are about to land on the beaches of Normandy, "Do you know what they call a quarter pounder with cheese in France?", they had burgers back then, didn't they?
Expect to see this film released some time around June, 2009.
